How much time do I have if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order while it is still being processed. Processing time typically takes up to 72 hours, but can be shorter. Any cancellation requests made after the order has shipped will not be accepted.
How can I cancel my order?
You have 1 hour to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email. Scroll down to the “Changed Your Mind?” section to cancel.
If more than 1 hour has passed, but your order is still being processed, please email support@viality.shop, and we will try to help.
I accidentally canceled my order. Can I resume it?
Unfortunately, once an order is canceled, it cannot be resumed. You can place a new order directly from the checkout page. If you need help, contact support@viality.shop.
How do I confirm my order has been canceled?
After canceling your order through the confirmation email link, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. If you haven't received it, contact us with your Order Number at support@viality.shop, and we will assist you.
What if I don’t see the option to self-cancel?
If you cannot find the cancellation option, please email us as soon as possible at support@viality.shop with your Order Number and cancellation request.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, if your cancellation request is received during the processing window (within 72 hours), a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
